Check-in between follow up appts

Service Description

A quick 30 min checkin to keep motivated and make minor adjustments to the plan in between the hour long follow up sessions. This can be done virtually or in person.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellation made after the 24 our window will be refunded however will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
