Initial Comprehensive Assessment

Service Description

During this two hour in depth session we will focus on getting a comprehensive understanding of your overall health and wellness goals as well as concerns. We will discuss possible underlying causes of current health concerns as well as create an action plan using diagnostic testing, vitamins, minerals, and nutrition to move towards healing and optimal wellness.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellation made after the 24 our window will be refunded however will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
