Once you have completed your Initial Assessment, you can purchase 4 follow up visits (1 hr each)

Service Description

In the follow up visits, we will continue to tweak your initial protocol to fit what is or is not working for you. As you meet goals, we will then move to phase 2 and 3 of your wellness plan.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellation made after the 24 our window will be refunded however will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
