Service Description

2 hour Initial Comprehensive Assessment: During this two hour in depth session we will focus on getting a comprehensive understanding of your overall health and wellness goals as well as concerns. We will discuss possible underlying causes of current health concerns as well as create an action plan using diagnostic testing, vitamins, minerals, and nutrition to move towards healing and optimal wellness. 5 follow up visits. This includes two 1 hour follow up visits and three half hour visits: During the follow up appointments we will review the protocol that was put in place from the previous sessions. We will make necessary adjustments to the plan to build on what is working as well as address what may still need improving.
